Please follow these helpful hints for online booking:
1. If you are having trouble booking the appointment you desire within a reasonable timeframe, please call the salon. We may be able to accomodate you outside of the perameters of the booking system.
2. Please make sure you book the exact type of appointment you desire so your stylist has the proper amount of time to perform your service. If you have questions, don't hesitate to call.
3. If you need to cancel an appointment, kindly give 24 hours notice whenever possible.
4. You will receive a confirmation e-mail upon completion of your online booking. Please check this e-mail to verify your appointment type, date, time, & stylist. Keep in mind we have 2 stylists with similar names. We have Kate Michels, and Katy Higgins. Please make sure you book with the right stylist! Again, if you have questions, don't hesitate to call!

Please note: We are an organic salon, so we are not able to use Shallac polish or use the chemicals necessary to remove Shellac polish. If you have Shellac on now, please remove it before arriving for your nail service with us. Thank you!
Just in case...we are the Salon Verve in Traverse City, Michigan. We have had people accidentally book an appointment with us thinking it was the Salon Verve in another state! Oops! Thank you!

Cancellation Policy: Kindly give a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation. Any appointment cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be marked as a "missed appointment." 3 or more missed appointments, we reserve the right to charge full price of services missed. After 3 missed appointments, we may require pre-payment before booking, and those funds would be relenquished by customer if the pre-paid appointment is also missed.
